My Favorite Mentors and Heroes are:
                            
We've all had special people that God has brought into our lives.  Each person touches us in a way that no other can. Some encourage, some listen, some advise and most importantly, all pray.  This list could go on and on.
                      
Jesus, my Lord and Savior.

Cherilyn, my best friend and source of encouragement.

Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens;
Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens;
Brown paper packages tied up with strings;
These are a few of my favorite things.

Cream-colored ponies and crisp apple strudels

Doorbells and sleigh bells and schnitzel with noodles;
Wild geese that fly with the moon on their wings;
These are a few of my favorite things.

Girls in white dresses with blue satin sashes;
Snowflakes that stay on my nose and eyelashes;
Silver-white winters that melt into springs;
These are a few of my favorite things.

When the dog bites,
When the bee stings,
When I'm feeling sad,
I simply remember my favorite things,
And then I don't feel so bad
.
